Trampoline Jump Mat Returns & Manufacturing Markings
At Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump, we stand behind our trampoline jump mats and take full responsibility if we manufacture or ship the wrong product.
If a customer receives the incorrect trampoline jump mat size, incorrect V-ring count, or the wrong trampoline jump mat entirely, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return or claim request, customers must provide clear evidence of the issue, including:
- Photos of the trampoline jump mat
- Photos showing jump mat measurements
- Photos or video showing the V-ring count
- A description of the issue
Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump reserve the right to request additional photos or video evidence before authorizing any return.
If a return is approved, the trampoline jump mat must be shipped back for inspection and verification. Once received, the trampoline jump mat will be measured and inspected to confirm whether the product was manufactured or shipped incorrectly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Pro Jump Mats or West Coast Jump confirms that the trampoline jump mat was manufactured incorrectly, shipped incorrectly, or does not match the original order specifications. Measurements must be off by more than 1 inch to be considered made wrong. Customer needs to understand that when sewing a jump mats can tighten with the stitch and become slightly smaller.
If Pro Jump Mats or West Coast Jump confirms:
- The wrong trampoline jump mat was shipped
- The wrong size was manufactured
- The wrong V-ring count was manufactured
then we will take responsibility to correct the situation.
However, if inspection confirms that the trampoline jump mat matches the original order specifications, the customer is responsible for the order, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees.
A $35 restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong V-ring count
- Customer measurement mistakes
- Change of mind
- Finding another product after purchase
- Failure to verify trampoline jump mat specifications before ordering
- Damage caused while opening the package
- Used, installed, dirty, damaged, or altered trampoline jump mats
Opening Package Carefully
Customers are responsible for opening all packaging carefully. Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump are not responsible for cuts, punctures, tears, or other damage caused by knives, box cutters, scissors, or sharp tools used while opening the package.
Damage caused during unpackaging is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty coverage.
Manufacturing Chalk Marks & Shipping Box Markings
Some trampoline jump mats may contain temporary chalk markings, numbers, symbols, or manufacturing reference marks used during the production process.
These markings are for internal manufacturing and quality-control purposes only and may not match the customer’s order description, trampoline jump mat size, or V-ring count terminology.
Customers should not use chalk markings to determine whether a trampoline jump mat is correct or incorrect. Final trampoline jump mat specifications are verified by actual measurements and V-ring count, not by temporary manufacturing markings.
Temporary chalk marks are normal, may fade or wipe away over time, and are not considered defects or manufacturing errors.
Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump may also reuse shipping boxes during packaging and shipping. Numbers, markings, labels, or handwritten notes on the outside of the shipping box may not match the trampoline jump mat size, V-ring count, or customer order specifications.
Customers should verify the actual trampoline jump mat measurements and V-ring count rather than relying on markings found on the packaging or shipping box.
