Warranty & Liability Policy

Pro Jump Mats is operated by West Coast Jump LLC. This policy applies to purchases made through Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump.

Assumption of Risk

Trampolines are a product that people jump on, and jumping carries an inherent risk of injury — including to children. By purchasing and using a Pro Jump Mats / West Coast Jump replacement mat, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Pro Jump Mats and West Coast Jump are not liable for any injuries that occur while using the trampoline.

To reduce risk, we require:

  • Adult supervision at all times — never let children jump unsupervised
  • One jumper at a time — trampolines are not designed for multiple jumpers, and collisions are a leading cause of injury
  • Stay in the center of the mat — jumping near the edges or springs increases the risk of falls and injury

Frame Warranty

  • Covers welds only
  • Does not cover paint peeling or normal wear and tear near the spring holes
  • Trampolines require regular inspection by the owner
  • West Coast Jump is not responsible for injuries that occur while using the trampoline

Buckle Warranty

  • One year warranty covering replacement of buckles that come off

Springs

  • Springs are not covered under this warranty
  • We use the highest quality springs on the market — they do not stretch out, bend, or break under normal use
  • Spring damage is a result of abuse, not a defect

Mat Warranty

  • 30 day warranty covering repairs only
  • Customers must inspect their mat regularly, at least once a week, checking for punctures or snags before they turn into a more dangerous situation
  • Customer must contact us before a hole grows larger than 4–6 inches
  • Small holes or tears must be reported promptly — trampoline mats do not fully rip open on their own unless the weight limit was exceeded or the mat was punctured; a neglected small hole that later enlarges and causes injury is not covered
  • Does not cover webbing wearing off — the webbing is designed to wear down over time. It serves as the first line of defense, sitting exposed to the sun to protect the stitching underneath. It is normal and expected for the webbing to deteriorate before the stitching does — this is by design, not a defect
  • Covers separated/failed stitching only

General Terms

  • Products are sold as is, with no warranty beyond what is expressly stated on this page and on our website
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Improper installation
  • Use on an incompatible or damaged frame
  • Excessive wear, misuse, or neglect
  • Lack of adult supervision
  • Modifications or third-party accessories
  • Liability under this policy is capped at the original purchase price of the product
  • Custom and made-to-order mats cannot be modified once production has started, and may show minor cosmetic variation as a normal result of the manufacturing process
