HOW DO I MEASURE MY TRAMPOLINE JUMP MAT?
Measure from the edge of the jump mat fabric to the opposite edge of the jump mat fabric. Do not include the V-rings or springs in your measurement. For best accuracy, we recommend having a second person help hold the tape measure.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY SIZE LISTED?
If you don’t see your exact size or V-ring count listed, it does not automatically mean your mat is a custom or expensive order. Many sizes we build regularly are not listed yet. Contact us with your measurements and we’ll help confirm availability.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES?
Yes, we do make custom trampoline jump mats when needed. However, many trampolines use sizes that are not commonly labeled by brand, so it’s always best to ask before assuming your mat is custom.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Our jump mats are built using commercial-grade materials, including double-stitched, UV-protected thread, seatbelt-grade material for V-ring attachment, and reinforced perimeter webbing for long-term durability.

HOW LONG DO PRO JUMP MATS LAST?
Lifespan depends on use, environment, and maintenance, but our mats are designed to significantly outlast standard mass-produced replacement mats.
